Fax to Email
This service is a free upgrade for many Demon products. It gives you a personal fax number and delivers fax straight to your Demon mailbox - no more hovering around the fax machine waiting for an important or private fax.

- Pick up your faxes remotely from your office via Demon webmail.
Features
- Your personal fax number accepts multiple calls at the same time, so people who send you faxes never get an engaged tone.
- You see the date and time received, together with any caller identification information that is sent (such as their fax number and company name).
- The service is free for you to use, but people who send you faxes will be charged for calls at 0870 rates. These may differ depending on their telephone service provider or international operator where calls to +44 870 numbers are supported.
- Compatible with TPC's* email to fax service , so if you reply by email it is translated to a fax and sent to your correspondent's fax machine.
How to get your fax service
The Fax to email service is a free upgrade to the following Demon products :
- Standard Dial Up
- Premier Connect (dial up)
- Premier Connect Plus (dial up)
- HomeOffice Broadband
- Business Broadband accounts that collect email by POP 3 instead of SMTP
Certain other Demon products may trial the upgrade free for a year and then keep it for a one off fee of £23.48 (including VAT).
